Partners

Salesforce Energy & Utilities Partner.

We came from this industry before we came to Salesforce. So our work starts with the customer, the meter and the network, not the configuration screen.

Built by people from the sector.

We've been a Salesforce partner since 2020, working with enterprise clients across power, gas, water and waste.

Inardua's founders worked in Energy & Utilities before they founded the firm. They saw inflexible systems and slow delivery hold good organisations back, made worse by suppliers who either didn't understand the sector or couldn't deliver at its scale. Inardua was formed as the answer to that problem.

Energy and Utilities are two of the only three industries we serve.

What we build on Salesforce.

Energy & Utilities Cloud gives Salesforce the industry's own data model: premises, service points, meters and rate plans, alongside the customer.

We build on it with Service Cloud, Field Service and Experience Cloud, integrated with the billing and operational systems you already run.

Customer operations. One view of account, premise, meter and interaction history, so agents resolve the query first time and complaint handling stands up to scrutiny.

Sales and enrolment. Quoting, onboarding and renewals for domestic and business customers, including complex multi-site accounts.

Field and network operations. Work orders, scheduling and asset data in the hands of engineers on site.

Debt and vulnerability. Spotting customers who need support earlier, and treating them consistently when they do.

Sustainability reporting. Emissions data and Net Zero reporting with Net Zero Cloud.

Where AI comes in.

AI is only as useful as the data it can reach. Salesforce gives you clean, connected operational data. That's what makes the next step possible.

With Agentforce and Claude working on that data, agents get long complaint histories summarised in seconds and draft responses ready for review. Tariff and contract documents become searchable, comparable and checkable. Teams spend less time assembling the case and more time deciding it. For pricing, debt and carbon, Verde is our own product, built for exactly these operations.

Two markets. The same pressures.

Whether the regulator is Ofgem, Ofwat or a state public utility commission, the brief is familiar: serve customers better, at lower cost, and show the evidence.

Ageing customer systems, rising service expectations and the energy transition land on UK and US operators alike. We work with both.

Where to start.

Most clients start with Baseline. It establishes how your existing technology estate and the processes around it genuinely run, where AI will pay back, and what it will take.

You leave with findings, a costed roadmap and a business case a sponsor can take to a board. Amplify your impact.

Questions.

What is Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud?

Salesforce's industry product for energy and water providers. It adds an industry data model (premises, service points, meters, rate plans) and industry processes to the core Salesforce platform.

Do we need to replace our billing system?

Usually not. Salesforce works alongside billing and customer information systems such as SAP IS-U, Oracle and Gentrack, integrated so agents see one picture without the billing engine moving.

Do you work with water and waste companies as well as energy?

Yes. Our Utilities work covers water and wastewater, water retail, and waste and environmental services. Energy covers retail and supply, networks, systems and markets, energy services, and generation and flexibility.

Do you work with US utilities?

Yes. We work with energy and utility organisations in the UK, Ireland and North America.

We already have a Salesforce org. Can you help us get more from it?

Yes. Baseline is built for exactly that: an honest view of what you have, what's holding it back, and a costed plan for what comes next.

How does AI fit with Salesforce for a utility?

Salesforce holds the customer and operational data. Claude reasons over it: summarising, drafting, checking and recommending, with a person accountable for the decision.

How long does an implementation take?

It depends on scope, and we'd rather give you a real answer than a range. Baseline ends with a costed roadmap, timeline included.
